PDF કેમ બનાવશો?
પ્રિય મિત્રો,
- તમને મનગમતા પેજ તમારી પાસે સેવ કરીને કેવી રીતે રાખશો?
- ફોન્ટની માથાકુટમાં પડયા વગર ગુજરાતી અને અન્ય અંગ્રેજી સિવાયના પેજ મિત્રોને કેવી રીતે મોકલશો?
જવાબ છેઃ પોર્ટેબલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ ફોર્મેટ (PDF)
PDF ફાઈલ બનાવવા માટે PDF રાઈટર જોઈશે. CutePDF એ એક સરસ અને મફત PDF રાઈટર છે. આ રાઈટરની સાથે કનવર્ટર પણ જોઈશે, જે તમને અહીંથી મળી શકશે. તો સૌ પ્રથમ CutePDFની સાઈટ પર જઈને PDF રાઈટર અને કનવર્ટર ડાઉનલોડ કરો.
બંને ફાઈલ ડાઉનલોડ થઈ જાય એટલે પહેલાં રાઈટર અને પછી કનવર્ટર ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરી લો.
હવે તમે PDF ફાઇલ બનાવવા તૈયાર છો. ચાલો ત્યારે આપણે બનાવીએ આ પેજની PDF ફાઈલ.
સૌ પ્રથમ તમારા બ્રાઉજરના મેનુ બાર પર જઈને ફાઈલ અને પ્રિન્ટ ક્લિક કરો.
હવે પ્રિન્ટર સિલેક્ટ કરવા માટેનું ડાયલોગ બોક્ષ આવશે. અહીં CutePDF Writer સિલેક્ટ કરો.
હવે પેજ પરની માહિતીને અનુરુપ ફાઇલને નામ આપીને સેવ કરો.
લો, થઈ ગઇ PDF ફાઇલ તૈયાર!
આ ફાઇલ તમે એડોબ અથવા ફોક્ષીટ (બંને મફત) રીડર દ્વારા વાંચી શકશો.

I tried to install as u said in my email. But, sometimes it gives error (as it gave me) & does not get install. The software wants the “printspooler” to be running (which was not running on my PC & I dont know whether it was turned off by default or I did that).
So if this error comes then go to control panel , then Administrative tools, then Services. In that find “PrintSpooler”. Now right click and go to properties.
Now change the option from Manual to Automatic and also start the application for this time. ( or u can restart the computer ).
Now u’ll again have to install the “cute pdf” software

Why buy or try Sharewares?
OpenOffice has inbuilt facility to convert any Documents (Documents, Excel files or Presentations) into PDF.
Just click the button done!

Thansk for this useful information as well as information on open office. Is there any shareware similar to Visio (to draw flowcharts block diagrams, etc)

OpenOffice માં જ Draw નામનો પ્રોગ્રામ છે. જે તમે ફ્લોચાર્ટ વગેરે બનાવવા વાપરી શકો છો.

Very helpfull information about the easy & free PDF making. I was using other stuffs to make PDF files for free and it was this much easy? Can you tell me that is it completeble with MS Word Also?
